Wedding Accessories – Special Accents to the Basics
One of the first items a bride looks for is a perfect dress for her special day.
She knows that her wedding picture will be passed on to her children and her grandchildren as they remember her in the prime of her life. She realizes that her mother and father will probably place the pictures on their mantel for everyone to see.
The dress must be fantastic, but it is often the wedding accessories that add the special effects. A necklace to accent the perfect dress is one of the first wedding accessories that a bride will look for before her wedding.
Pearls or diamonds are great choices for these wedding accessories, but a gold necklace may be even better depending on the dress. The earrings are wedding accessories that are usually matched with the necklace.
These wedding accessories are sometimes gifts from the parents of the bride or the groom. An opportunity to wear the wedding dress a second time will not often happen, but the wedding accessories will go with other outfits at a later date.
Pearls and diamonds will work with a business suit or another evening gown. The necklace and earrings chosen for the wedding day should be chosen with future wear in mind as well.
Wedding Accessories Include Something Old, New, Borrowed and Blue
Tradition suggests that a bride should carry or wear something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Brides often try to include these items as part of their wedding accessories.
The necklace that they chose for their wedding day may be a family heirloom that will be something old to satisfy the tradition. The something blue is usually a garter that the groom will later throw to his single, male friends at the reception.
Shoes are important wedding accessories that should be chosen with care. Shoes need to be comfortable so the bride can enjoy her special day without feeling pain. These wedding accessories are also items that might be used with other outfits after the wedding day.
A bride may want to consider this when choosing her shoes for her wedding. Other wedding accessories should be chosen to accent or complement the main articles of clothing. Gloves, bracelets or a tiara might be an important accessory for some wedding outfits.
The accessories could be very important components of the wedding outfit so each bride and groom should think about these additions far in advance.

Wedding – What you Need to Think About
There are truly a multitude of different things that you need to think about when it comes to planning a wedding, and if you are one of the many people out there right now that is preparing for a wedding, then you want to know that you have to get yourself good and ready as most likely it is going to be one heck of a ride.
The First Things to Think About
One of the first things that you need to think about when you are planning a wedding is where you are going to have it.
This is really important, because unless you are having it in your home. or the home of someone that you know, you are going to have to book a venue well in advance to find openings available on the chosen day of your wedding.
Another thing that you have to decide early on is the wedding date. This is also incredibly important, since you are going to have to let people know when they are supposed to come to the wedding well in advance.
You are going to have to make invitations that you send out to everyone you would like to have at the wedding, and make sure that you ask them to RSVP, so that you have an exact (or at least rough idea) as to how many people will be coming to the wedding.
Another thing that you are going to have to think carefully about is what everyone in the bridal party is going to wear, such as the bridesmaids and of course the bride herself. Every bride wants this day to be all about her, and this is why choosing a great dress is so important.
It may take some time to decide on one, but the time and effort that is put in beforehand will be well worth it in the end.
Just remember to take your time and to have patience, because this can be a very hectic and confusing time. However, if you remember to keep your cool and keep in mind the fact that this is supposed to be a joyous day and not a frustrating one, then everything should be just fine.

American Wedding – A Family Affair
An American wedding often becomes a family affair right from the start. Once the bride and groom agree to marry, they rush to tell their families the great news.
They are excited about the prospects and want to share their joy with those that are closest to them. The American wedding tradition suggests a party to announce the engagement to friends and family.
The engagement party is often the responsibility of the parents of the bride who are responsible for much of the expense and planning. The engagement party is fun, and it also provides an opportunity for the two families to meet for the first time in many cases.
The American wedding is often planned by the bride and her mother with some input from the groom and his family. The parents of the bride pay so many of the expenses so they do get to make many of the decisions.
The American wedding usually takes place in a very special setting. The American wedding often takes place in a religious center which is usually very picturesque.
These places offer some beauty and built in facilities right from the start. The church will probably have an organ or piano for the basic music needs. These institutions are designed to help people with special ceremonies.
An American Wedding Is a Ceremony and a Party
An American wedding starts with a ceremony of love and commitment. This is usually a romantic ritual with all of the friends and family there to witness the happy union.
The bride and groom say vows to show their love and commitment in the course of the ceremony. The setting is often spectacular, and the wedding party is dressed in beautiful clothes.
At the end of the ceremony, the bride and groom are legally bound by this commitment. The American wedding is romantic, but also a legal procedure to bind the couple until death or divorce do they part.
An American wedding is also a party. After the ceremony, the bride and groom meet with their friends and family at the reception that has been planned for months, maybe more than a year, in advance. The reception is a time to eat, drink and socialize with old and new friends and acquaintances.
The festivities center on the wedding couple, and the guests have the opportunity to offer their good wishes and wedding gifts. American weddings are wonderful occasions with joy and happiness for all.
